Operational Clarity for Growing Organizations
Work shouldn't be this hard
When decisions take too long, ownership gets fuzzy, processes depend on workarounds, or growth starts creating more friction than momentum, there’s usually more going on underneath.
I help leaders figure out what's getting in the way — across people, processes, systems and technology — and turn it into a practical path forward.

About Me
Hi, I'm Lisa
I like complicated problems.
Especially the ones where nothing is obviously broken, but everyone can feel that something isn't quite working.
Maybe the business has grown and the way work gets done hasn't kept up. Roles have shifted. Systems have accumulated. Processes have been patched together. Decisions take longer. Good people spend too much time working around the work.
That's usually where I come in.
I’ve spent more than 25 years leading teams, building businesses, implementing systems and solving the operational problems that come with growth and change.
Today, through One2Win, I help organizations step back, see what's really happening, and make practical changes that work flow better.
I don't arrive with a predetermined solution. Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it's clearer accountability. Sometimes it's technology or AI. And sometimes it's simply getting the right people aligned around the right problem.
Where Friction Shows Up
Something feels off. Let's figure out why
Operational friction rarely announces itself as one big obvious problem.
It usually shows up in smaller ways:
Decisions keep getting stuck
Too many people are involved, nobody is quite sure who owns what, or everything eventually finds its way back to the same few leaders.
Everyone is busy, but progress feels harder than it should
Teams are putting in the effort, but priorities, roles or workflows aren't aligned well enough to turn that effort into momentum.
Processes work… until they don't
What worked when the company was smaller now depends on spreadsheets, inboxes, memory and a growing collection of workarounds.
Technology isn't making things easier
You've accumulated tools and systems, but information is still hard to find, work gets duplicated, or people are constantly moving between disconnected platforms.
Growth has exposed the cracks
Nothing catastrophic happened. The business simply outgrew some of the ways it used to operate.
These aren't necessarily people problems.
They're often signs that the organization has evolved faster than the way the work was designed.
That's fixable
I help you see it, simplify it, and fix it
01 - Diagnose the friction
I look across people, processes, systems and technology to uncover where work is getting stuck, duplicated, delayed or unnecessarily complicated.
02 - Make sense of it
We separate symptoms from root causes, identify the connections between them, and determine what actually needs to change.
03 - Design a better way
That might mean clearer roles, redesigned workflows, better decision structures, improved systems, smarter use of technology or a combination of them.
04 - Put it into practice
A recommendation is only useful if it works in the real world. I can stay involved to help implement, adjust and embed the changes so they actually stick.
How I Think
Practical over complicated. Every time
I don’t believe every business problem needs a massive transformation program.
Sometimes the solution is a better process. Sometimes it’s clearer ownership. Sometimes it’s better technology. And sometimes it’s just getting the right people aligned around the right problem.
A few things I’ve learned along the way:
Not every problem needs technology
The right tool can make work easier. The wrong one just gives you a faster way to do something badly.
AI should solve a problem, not create a project
If the business case isn’t clear, the technology probably isn’t ready to lead the conversation.
Good people can’t compensate for bad systems forever
Eventually, even your strongest people get tired of working around the same friction.
The way work actually happens matters more than the way it’s supposed to happen
If nobody follows the process map, the process map isn’t the truth.
Simple is usually harder — and better
The goal isn’t to add more layers. It’s to remove the ones that don’t need to be there.
Ways to Work With Me
Sometimes you need an answer. Sometimes you need a partner
Not every problem needs a long consulting engagement.
Sometimes you need a focused conversation to get unstuck. Sometimes you need a deeper look at what’s really going on. And sometimes you need someone to stay involved and help make the change happen.
01 - Focused Working Session
For a specific problem, decision or challenge that needs an experienced outside perspective.
We dig into what’s happening, sort through the noise and leave with clear next steps.
02 - Operational Assessment
For situations where the symptoms are obvious, but the root cause isn’t.
I take a broader look across people, processes, systems and technology to identify where the friction is coming from and what needs attention first.
03 - Consulting & Implementation
For larger or more complex changes that need ongoing support.
I can help design the solution, work through implementation and adjust along the way so the change actually works in practice.
